How to get all your veggies in?


This is my FAVORITE winter meal prep trick and I do it every week with whatever veggies I have in the house. It's even gotten me to like Brussels sprouts because they don't taste so gross this way! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Not to mention it keeps the house extra warm and I'm always cold ;)

Just do this and then park a portion of your roasted veggies alongside each portion of proteins you have and BOOM you hit your target food groups ;)
