A workout can change your entire day - no matter how crappy you may be feeling - into something miraculously better. There's something magical (ok ok and scientific) about all that sweat and those endorphins that makes you feel like you can take on the world with a smile! But getting to your workout when you're feeling miserable is often where the struggle lies (at least I know that's true for me!) What helps? Just think of that Joe Cocker song and "Try a little help from my friends." Grab a friend or group of friends to hold you accountable and work out together! You'll hold each other to task and you'll push harder. Make it fun! The picture on this blog is me and some of my fit fam after a superhero-themed workout - (which was AWESOME btw) Just don't pick that lazy friend - YOU know who I'm talking about ;)
