Healthy Tip of the day - Can't out-train nutrition, but.....

You can't out-train poor nutrition! No matter how hard you work in the gym, if you eat crap, your body will show it. That being said, a good cheat meal (or cheat day) is a healthy and positive break for your body - and if you're anything like me you work EXTRA HARD the next day in your workouts to "make up" for it. So don't beat yourself up - unless your workout is boxing-related and you've got terrible coordination (like me)
