CONGRATS LISA!


I am SO PROUD of my girl Lisa's results that I want to SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS! These are results from JUST THREE WEEKS -- and not ONLY 3 weeks, but the HARDEST 3 weeks of the year to stick to a plan! There are SO MANY things I want to gush about with her but I'll try to limit it to the important things I see in these transformation pictures...

1.  DITCH THE SCALE! 👀😱😳! Yes I said it! Lisa lost FIVE POUNDS between these two pictures...CLEARLY that doesn't tell the full story...she lost 6 inches off her waist and just LOOK at her stomach! THREE WEEKS people!!

2. STAY CONNECTED! 👭👯 Lisa has been AWESOME about being consistent and staying connected to our private online accountability group -- celebrating her wins, sharing her losses, and posting about when she wanted to give up -- this is ALWAYS what makes the difference in your transformation journey (it's what made the difference for ME TOO!)

3.  FOLLOW THE PLAN! Lisa followed a SIMPLE meal plan, was NOT deprived or hungry, and maxed out at 30 minute workouts a day in the comfort of her own home.  She's even inspired her daughter to help her out and support her in her journey (being a great role model? ✅✅✅!)
